1) What’s an @GALLERY event?
An @GALLERY event is what you make it. I can be a party, a series of lectures, an addendum to your other activities like book clubs and knitting circles and wine tastings… you tell us what you want your event to be: we’ll make it so.

When you host an event, you will be asked to cover all catering and decoration charges just as you would if you gave any party. @GALLERY covers shipping, hanging, and promotional materials.

2) Are there any rules?
Yes. You must keep the art where we agree to hang it. You must keep it up and in pristine condition for the length of consignment. And you must respect it, and the artist. You must also show and promote the art in collaboration with @Gallery and the package you choose.

3) Can I change my mind?
Before you sign your mind is yours to change. After you sign, there’s a contractual window available  for mind changing on agreed terms.  Our contract with you will spell it all out.

4) What do I get?
It depends on your event, your degree of involvement, and your contract. You can get anywhere from 10 to 20% of sales.

You can choose to involve yourself as much as you like in the process of planning an @Gallery event or show. Choose from the look book, come with our curator on studio visits, even make suggestions for commissioned works. You can take as much or as little away from your @Gallery experience as you like.

What is guaranteed is that you get to live with the art you choose, become familiar with your options as to what sort of art is out there, and how to evaluate and purchase it.

5) What are my purchasing options?
You can purchase any of the art that you choose to show, paying for it before the end of your event, and getting a host discount which is calculated by your contract. What is more, since you earn a percentage of sales, you may apply profits toward a purchase.

But @Gallery also provides other options:
Ask us about Rental with Option to Buy, and Subscriptions.

6) How can I see the art in person?
You can see @Gallery artwork in person by:

  • Making an appointment to Visit the Work in the studio or at @Gallery HQ.
  • Making an appointment to accompany @Gallery on studio visits during the planning of your event.
  • Attending @Gallery Events!

8) How do I know where to find @Gallery Events?
